What data we collect

Only the data you send through the “Get a quote” form: loading and unloading places, cargo type, date, name or company, and a phone number or email.

Why we use it

To send you the requested quote and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer your request and for a possible collaboration, but no longer than 2 years if no contract is concluded.

Who else sees it

The data is stored for us by Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.). We do not sell it or pass it on to other companies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict processing or withdraw your consent by writing to office@hokmantrans.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
